4 C rolled oats
3/4 C honey
1/4 C sliced or slivered almonds
1 C coconut
1/4 C wheat germ
1/4 C wheat bran
1/4 C cooking oil
1 C whole wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla or almond flavoring
Mix well. Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Tip: warm the honey and mix with the oil to get an even coating.
